Our restaurant receives online orders:
Nowadays, more and more restaurants are receiving online orders for our pleasures. With Automatic Print Email it is easy for any restaurant to receive the orders directly on the receipt printers generally on the desk and in the kitchen, automatically.
Here the actions typically set:
Add the email account which receives the orders
Add the action to Print email body (or Print attachment if order is in attached file), select the right printer (even receipt printer).
Add action to send a confirmation email
Add action to mark email as read
Add action to move email from inbox to another folder like 'Processed' (you keep clean your inbox).
Optionally add a condition to process email only if subject contains the keyword ORDER.
Here the actions typically set:
Add the email account which receives the online fax
Add the action to Print attachment by selecting the right printer
Optionally add action to delete email after process
Optionally add a condition to process email only if subject contains the keyword FAX and has a PDF or TIF file attached.

My company needs to store all emails in PDF to archive
We receive daily a lot of emails and we need to keep trace, now we use Automatic Email Manager to save email with attachments in PDF directly on our network drives. We keep clean our inbox by deleting emails after saving.
